Investment Criteria

We back strong management teams in companies that have the potential to become market leading businesses within their sector niche. While we have a particular focus in the life sciences, we remain opportunistic investors, and will not rule out any opportunity with the potential for capital efficient growth and attractive profit margins. Typically we invest from $5 to $15 million post seed financing rounds and have led rounds from Series A all the way through final round prior to IPO or sale. We will also consider the acquisition of an established business. We prefer simple capital structures so that our interests are more closely aligned with management.
